When registering for lectures, the big, all-important question is: Is the course any good? Is the teaching good or does it make you want to take a nap? Unfortunately, we cannot answer this question definitively. However, with the help of the teaching awards, you can find out which courses clearly are very good. The winners of the teaching awards for the 2024/2025 winter semester and 2025 summer semester are listed below.

Methodology #

The course rankings of the faculty  lists the 5 best lectures per institute. The teaching award is given to the teacher with the best course. The ranking is calculated based on the results of the teaching evaluation. The lectures are ordered by (AWARD + GRADE') / 2 mit AWARD = 100 * NUMBER NOMINATIONS TEACHING AWARD / NUMBER RESPONSES and GRADE' = 100 * (4 - GRADE) / 3.
