For everyone who wants to write their exercise sheets in LaTeX, we have a template available:
Theses #
A template using the current corporate design is made available by the ESE chair: https://github.com/imtekalex/emes_template .
Alternatively you can find our old template here: https://git.fachschaft.tf/fachschaft-public/thesis-template . The template adheres to the settings recommended by the examination office (except for the double-sided layout).
University Logo #
The thesis template does not contain the university logo. The usage of the university logo for theses is possible but rather complicated. As the university logo is not required we currently don’t recommend using the logo for your thesis.
The university only provides a Word Thesis front page template . This template has to be used without modifications. A LaTeX template, even a year after the new corporate design has been implement, is still neither available nor will be made as such in the forseeable future - a general use at the TF can’therefore is not to be expected. You can also use other Corporate-Design-Templates with approval from your supervisor.
